How to Know the Types of Cholesterol - Cholesterol is a word that is very common in the community. But few know that cholesterol can disrupt anyone, even a silent killer.
Disorders
of high cholesterol or hypercholesterolemia, if not handled wisely and
appropriately can lead to a wide range of serious diseases, such as
coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, stroke, and erectile

Cholesterol itself is a complex fatty substance, which produced 80

LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein)

- LDL cholesterol is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, as well as the main target in the treatment.
HDL (High Density Lipoprotein)
HDL prevents the deposition of cholesterol in the blood vessels and protect it from the formation of plaque on blood vessel walls.
Triglycerides
- A type of fat in the blood and other organs, and also the cause of increased levels of cholesterol in the body.
- Factors that may affect the increase of triglycerides in the blood, such as obesity, alcohol consumption, sugar, and fatty foods.
- Triglycerides can be solved with a low carbohydrate diet.
